Chinese Martial Arts
The Chinese Arts are an interesting and complex form of martial arts that originated in China. There are many different types of Chinese Martial Arts, including Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Qigong.
Kung Fu is one of the most famous Chinese Martial Arts and is known for its powerful techniques and fast action. Tai Chi is a more graceful form of martial arts that uses slow motion movements to improve balance and coordination. Qigong is a type of energy-based martial art that uses qi (energy) to defend oneself against attack.
Kung Fu Vs Karate
Karate was originally developed in Japan and is based on the principles of jujutsu (a form of unarmed combat). While karate shares some similar techniques with kung fu, it is more focused on self-defense and does not use as many wrist attacks. Karate is popular worldwide and is a great way to learn self-defense without having to learn Chinese Martial Arts.
Chinese Martial Arts focus more on energy redirection using circles. Martial artists learn to use energy redirection to disable their opponents, stop an attack and even break bones.
